In my experience, there's no such thing as luck.

Crazy, Stupid, Love should be top 10 in my opinion. One of the very few movies I'll sit down and watch if I come across it scrolling through channels.
Seven Costanza

The message in 13 Going on 30 seems to be "it's totally cool for you to nail underage chicks as long as they look mature".

While I don't quite the movie that often, I do reference it quite a bit.

A friend of mine found out his wife was cheating on him:"At least you knew before Mr Zero"

The line about going to an Ethiopian restaurant. White mans overbite.

Definitely agree with where they put "When Harry Met Sally." I love the film, and a best friend and I would crack each other up with lines from that movie, especially "Mr. Zero."

My friend died in 2008, which may add a little weight to my choice as favorite.

No Brat Pack movies from the 80's?

My personal favorite not on the list, As Good As It Gets.

Also 10 Things is way too low. A Knights Tale was another great Heath Ledger one as well
I was expecting As Good As It Gets to be there as well. Seems like quite a few weren't even considered.

Can't Hardly Wait > 10 things

Can't Hardly Wait, 10 things I hate about you, and She's All That are the Mount Rushmore of 90s teen rom coms.

1999 was the pinnacle of the teen movie.

Arthur was a big hit when it came out in 1981. So were 10 and Tootsie. Check that, aside from Bo Derek showing skin, 10 was horrible.

Forgetting Sarah Marshall Is awesome.

Say Anything should be much higher.

For 1981 releases, Excalibur >>>>>>> Arthur

For me #1 is Notting Hill.

Notting Hill is up there for me, as well.

I'm assuming Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind doesn't count as a "romantic comedy", because that would be #1 for me, if so.

It's hard to rank because I don't really know how to differentiate a "romantic comedy" and just a "comedy with romance". Is every comedy that has some form of romance a romantic comedy?

In my head, I view movies like Knocked Up and Forgetting Sarah Marshall as a different genre than When Harry met Sally, Notting Hill, and Sleepless in Seatle. I LOVE Forgetting Sarah Marshall, but have never considered it a romantic comedy, i guess. But also, in my mind, I don't consider those three I mentioned to be "chick flicks". Maybe because I believe all movies I consider chick flicks to only have a female protagonist, versus a male or showing both the male and female characters as co-protagonists.

I'm glad someone else loves this movie. I know all of Sandler's movies with his buddies can run together, but this one is great.

I'm not sure I consider Princess Bride a romantic comedy, even though it is romantic and a comedy. It seems more of an adventure movie to me, but they chose to put it on the list... And if you're going to put it in the list, it's got to be higher than 19. Should be top 5, arguably #1.
