When buying tickets for an event here, the site is still saying that they are requiring vaccine paperwork or a negative test to get in. Has anyone been there in the last few months and can you explain if you encountered this at all?

I think it's not the venue, but the artists demanding these policies. Go to a musical in Dallas and you're not required to show anything.

Have to show vax for House of Blues as well as the Factory, or get tested.

Just find an old test and get to work on microsoft paint.
