Got around to this over the weekend. My not entirely relevant description for this movie is that it was a "wet fart". That probably makes no sense but then neither did this movie.

I actually kind of liked the first half. It was at least somewhat interesting and then it got stupid and nonsensical. Reading this thread it sounds like the Wachowski person completely sabotaged their own movie in some career suicidal protest against WB. Bold strategy!

The only intriguing thing about the second half of that movie is that I thought the helicopter scene of Neo and Trinity getting attacked on that building was a cool visual. That's about it. Trinity suddenly getting powers while Neo only has half-powers was just eye rolling dumb politics.

And I simply don't understand the final scene other than I guess it was revenge porn for Trinity to attack NPH, but then I guess her and Neo were going to rebuild the fake Matrix world in their own image? So, they are going to leave humanity enslaved but then make the virtual world "better"? ****, I don't know.
