Not trying to be mean but the vague posting is unacceptable. There are several people who are worried about your well being and are afraid you may be in distress.
If you need assistance please PM me or someone else and we can get you help. Otherwise please let everyone here know you are ok and maybe clarify your OP
I did that for about ten years and hated it. I loved all the extra time that I had, but never really felt comfortable with so little sleep.Tanya 93 said:I havent't slept more than about 2 hours at a stretch in weeksCoolaidWade said:

That is probably a huge part of things.C@LAg said:
I am not a doctor of course, but Miss C@LAg went through something similar in the last year or so.
She has always been prone to periods of light depression (and sneakily using Ambien way too much) , but nothing the docs could pin down.
She recently dealt with it as part of menopause, and did go through some hormone therapy that worked for her. Also, her doc recommended changes in diet, something with more red meat (she was almost exclusively white meats and fish). So she did keto along with the hormone therapy and it did wonders for her.

I will talk with my doc on Friday.
I need help. That I know.
