First time to see this movie this week. Watched it on Netflix. Afterward I read the Wikipedia entry on the movie. It was largely a financial and critical flop yet it was nominated for several Oscars. I generally enjoyed it personally, but l like long, epic, adventure movies. I also refreshed my memory of what really happened with William Bligh and Fletcher Christian (the movie took some liberties with the story)

This is such an epic story with many facets to what really happened. I was wondering if it would make a good miniseries today.

Its a great book if you enjoy reading

Vangelis soundtrack to the newer one was great and eerie.

Fletcher boarded that ship and turned it on out, IMO.
