I was unsatisfied as well. I'm used to not hearing the plan then seeing one unfold. When you hear Tommy blab the plan to everyone the viewer knows it will fail. That removed suspense for me. Pair that with a lack of a conclusion and I thought it was a weaker season.
It was the reverse of what you're used to. Normally we dont know the plan, but see it conclude. This season we knew the plan, but nothing worked out the way it was supposed to.
They ended the final episode with a ton of suspense. There are seemingly a dozen story lines unanswered. Hoping for season 6 to come soon. I feel like they stopped the season 2/3 the way through.
Who is pulling the strings?
What about Oswald?
Churchill's involvement?
What is going to happen with Michael, and the growing family divide?
Etc Etc Etc
