For years I have wanted a hard R (for violence) Star Wars movie. Ideally set during the Clone Wars. Think of the battle scene in Solo right before Han meets Chewie and you can visualize the potential.

Or, think of the Rangers on the Higgins boats at the start of Saving Private Ryan. Just swap the soldiers for Stormtroopers and the officers for Jedi. Obi Wan turns to his clones and says "don't bunch up, remember your training, and I will see you men on the beach", lightsaber ignites, then the landing gate opens and all hell breaks loose.

Watching many shows, you have this group of oppressed folks that the protagonists stumble upon. Then out of the kindness of their heart, the protagonists save them.


How about a film about some folks in a terrible situation, the lead is incapable of leading, organizing, or changing their circumstances. Then this non-descript guy comes in, gets suckered into their plight, rescues the entire group and then leaves.

Rogue One battle wasn't far off.

I would like to see an evil all-time all-star team of history, like Gengis Kahn, Nazis, imperial Japan, Vlad the impaler, etc. go against the full might of the modern US military. Horses, arrows, Messerschmitt, etc. vs B-52s, F-22s, M16s, M240's, navy seals, etc.

It wouldn't be a very long movie.

Picture an opening scene in a medieval time with King Arthur. He and his knights are in a battle and losing. Distantly Merlin, who is drunk, is riding alone looking for a way to help them. He goes to a cave.....and finds a giant talking robot! The robot gives him a staff that lets him control a giant 3 headed dragon robot! The robot dragon destroys Athurs enemies.

Fast forward to present day and a group of kids are walking through what looks to be a destroyed and abandoned city. Suddenly, these robot walkers start firing at them and then a teenage girl rescues them! Then another robot with a big earthen shell over him looking like the tortoise in The Neverending Story wakes up and is immediately killed by a missle shot from somewhere!

Then another guy shows up out of the blue with another robot and he kills the robot walkers with a handgun.

That's what I got so far for an idea. Still fleshing it out though.....

A live action GoBots R-rated movie done in a Lord and Miller 21 Jump Street style where the GoBots are self aware that they are ****ty versions of Transformers.

A Dukes of Hazard remake where Uncle Jesse is a meth cooker, Bo and Luke are white trash, and Roscoe P. Coltrane is black and the protagonist.

A movie about Firefighters that doesn't make them out to be heroes but merely overgrown children.

Live action MASK movie using the cast of Firefly.

A movie that is nothing but a compilation of 80s/90s hairband videos in singalong format.

a non-pc epic of early days leading up to the Texas Republic.

a trail of tears romcom with an ethnically diverse cast.

My autobiography

I was advised in 1994 to start keeping notes for a book, the opinion was it would be a best seller. The only issue is it is almost unbelievable all the stuff I've done. I would compare it to Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas without the drugs.

IMO, it wouldn't sell, times and interests change, young folks buy telephones not non-fiction material

I think Michael Bay already made that movie.

Part of me believes these two originals should be left alone, but they could both be SO much more with Jackson's direction.

Then do it. You never know. Hollywood loves crazy true stories. Catch me if you can, the wolf of Wall Street, etc. comes to mind.

Well then. Sounds like Michael Bay is about to be a little poorer because I've had this idea for many years.

Not so much a crazy movie idea, but I've always wanted to see a Legend of Zelda movie.

When I first saw a preview for lord of the rings, I was super excited thinking I would get Zelda.

Lol.

A dark comedy about Emperor Palpatine trying to run the Empire.

When young Anakin Skywalker was still a slave boy... finds himself home.. alone.. his mom left for a vacation.. they thought anakin was with them but he overslept. He must use the force to stop two thieves from stealing from them. In the end, he stops the thieves but due to the nature of the destruction, he and his mom are sold off to slavery.
