I really like this idea. Although I was planning on doing my semi-annual series re-watch closer to the release of Episode 9, this might be better anyway.

This is a GREAT idea! I've been wanting to watch everything related to IX anyway, but wasn't looking forward to going on a binge. This way is MUCH better!

I'll be doing a different one if any of you want to join me. What you do is pretend that I, II, III were never made, watch IV, V, and VI, and then go ahead and pretend that VII and VIII were never made, and skip seeing IX altogether.

Some times I like to pretend the sips did not win the 2006 Rose Bowl ... but you know what, that doesn't change the fact that they did.
