If you're looking for "scary", this season isn't going to check that box. "Weird", and "dreadful because it could happen in real life" boxes are checked, though.

Side note: hope you're doing well. Mrs. HU and I have been swamped with work and school.

What's scary is I think this is the way Hollywood views Americans.

It does keep me interested enough to finish the season though.

He is pretty much the only reason I still watch this show. He is a great actor.

Did anyone else catch when Ally turned down the interview from Rachel Maddow, they said something like, "If she turned down Lana Winters, why would she speak to Rachel Maddow?" That was Sarah Paulson's character in AHS: Asylum. Pretty cool connection. Otherwise a seriously weird season.

I caught how the Senator stood between her and Kai when he pulled the gun.

Nice touch about how the man always protects and controls the weaker sex.

Then both men are lying on the ground and the two women are standing strong.


Nasty woman line was cliche though.

Anyone else ride the roller coaster with Kai last night?

Started the episode at "he's by far the most interesting, fun character. I wonder if he can pull it off"

Then he plans to kill 100 pregnant women & babies. "Even for tv that's f***ed up, hope he gets busted fast"

Then I remembered that Ally was my least favorite character and was hoping Kai could get out of prison and get to her again.

I guess job well done on the story telling there.

This season reminded me a whole lot of the Freak Show season, where I was only watching for one good character and the rest was pretty much useless. In that season it was Twisty, in this season it was Kai.

Not the best season, but not the worst.

Hard to believe that the prison guard met with Ally.

The "Nasty Woman" line was over-the-top cliche.

I would pass on watching this season unless you are a huge fan of Evan Peters.
