Worst interview ever....saw him at comicon and he did his best to avoid every single question.

Favorite actor, not so in-tune with his political beliefs, but I can separate them. I actually had a conversation with him on the twitter private messages a few months ago. It was cool. I had tweeted him something and he actually pm'd me asking me to clarify my comments.

I enjoyed his scenes with Samuel L. in 1408.

Rob, thank you for that kind introduction. We're no longer called Sonic Death Monkey. We're on the verge of becoming Kathleen Turner Overdrive, but just for tonight, we are Barry Jive and the Uptown Five.

I didn't like the female lead in High Fidelity. Bad choice IMO. But movie is good. She just kinda ruined some for me.

Jack Bull is good ibut sad.

It was about his article on Snowden. I made a comment about why he did it in a tweet, in fact using a folklore about shoeless joe, "say it ain't so, Joe" but I used "John" expressing disappointment and he wanted to know why I was disappointed. We discussed a few things back and forth and agreed to disagree basically on the whole Snowden thing.

Two weeks later he queried me again out of the blue. We back and forthed a few more times.

It was cool though. He's like 5 days younger than me, I've grown up with him in movies and always been a fan, so communicating with him was awesome.

Again, I don't share some of his political beliefs and told him so, but don't have to. Still love him as an actor.

High Fidelity came out when I was in my early 20s and I hated it. On a rewatch years later, the film really resonated with me and I absolutely love it now.

Gross Pointe Blank is up there for me as well...I had to read Ethan Frome in high school, so his line to his English teacher always give me a chuckle.

I recently watched The Ice Harvest and was really surprised by how much I enjoyed it

I've somehow never seen The Grifters or Grosse Point Blank.

High Fidelity is a perfect movie. The story, the cast, the music. All excellent. I think if I had to change anything, it'd be Lisa Bonet doing a Lenny Kravitz impression. Otherwise, no changes.
