I dunno. I just remember going to see it with my girlfriend at the time, me knowing and her not knowing. This was a while ago but I remember when he said it the audience booed him and Conan said something to the affect of "I can't believe you said that."

I unintentionally spoiled m knight shaymaloyonlolmao's "the village" when I went to see it with friends. Before going in I said 'i bet the twist is that its modern day" when it happened, the girl I was with got so pissed, said I ruined it for her.
