Mace Tyrell was sent to the Iron Bank with Meryn Trant to negotiate better terms for the crowns debt to the Iron Bank.
Olenna Tyrell was last seen working a deal with Littlefinger to have Lancel testify against Cersei which he did. I assume she is still in Kings Landing though.
I didn't know these existed! (And my ear tells me that these shorts are narrated by different actors from the GoT series as well; I definitely heard Robert Baratheon and Catelyn Stark in there)...

Yeah the actors do all the narrating for the extras. They cover different subjects each season. Love watching them
