What was causing Tommy's symptoms...i.e. seizures, hallucinations, etc? Would have thought manifestations from knowing his fate, but they were occurring before he got his diagnosis. Seemed sort of convenient to hide the end twist.

I rescind my earlier post...THAT was how the Thomas Shelby ends an era. Finale was good.

I gathered that he was just stressed out and having flashbacks, now that he was sober, which he'd masked for years with drinking, etc. The doctor knew this about him and used it to make him think he had the tumor.
Im a bit surprised Mosesly and Churchill were such a big part of the past two seasons, and were just left hanging. He mentioned Churchill a few times (getting favorable contracts in exchange for info, having Churchill's ear, and of course their meetings). Im hoping the movie will be about this, because I feel like it could be a really cool storyline....him, moving past his previous life, but using those skills/connections for the good of Britain, etc.
i'll admit to having binged this season pretty quickly, so I'm wondering if I missed something. but it seemed a little odd/drastic the way they exiled Finn like that.T Durden said:
I was pretty surprised how quickly the new kid grew up in the family. I suspect they wrap up Arthur and this new kids story in a movie. Finn did say he was coming after the new kid. Man I hope it isn't 3 years from now. Anyone know when they will film it?

that's sort of what I thought. the only thing i remember seeing that Finn did wrong was hesitate to follow an order. and i get that they're supposed to follow orders, but in this case, it was an order from an illegitimate son who just showed up a week prior. seems like a stretch to exile your brother because of that.Thisguy1 said:
But he didn't know he was an informant to our knowledge, right? We were both kind of surprised how they dealt with him and assumed we missed something.
I guess Tommy's line with family is when you try to kill one of them. He was even cool with going to war with Michael and said, "Michael is still family" but the second Michael tried to kill him Tommy ended it. I kind of assumed Tommy would let him have his fun trying and then prove he's the guy in charge and Michael would fall back in line. Same with Finn. They let him make the decision and once Finn turned and protected his buddy over family they killed him.

I made it to episode 4 of season 6 but gave up. This season was so slow and boring.
