There were hardly any commercials in the first 30 mins. Maybe 1, and that was probably right after the title scene.

Yes commercials were annoying at the end, but I don't think there were more commercials than a normal episode, just all squished to the back :30

They offed Bob as soon as Noah came on the show. Now when they showed Morgan at the end of the midseason premier then all bets were off

I'm guessing there will be more later with regard to the zombie torsos in the back of the truck? WTF.

How far did they drive from the rest of the group? Talkaround on those handhelds isn't THAT far in my personal experience... I can't imagine the repeater is still up with no power. Even the tower's APU would have run out of fuel by now, no?

thought the same thing but people get frustrated in this thread when you try to over-analyze the believability factor in a zombie show.

Someone else asked why Tyrese got so angry looking at the photos. I wondered the same thing. I was thinking that they might have revealed that Noah had no been entirely honest with Rick Group in some way.

So Rick and crew go exploring a new and likely hostile area. What do they take? A couple of pistols.

what I also thought was weird, is why not have Noah or one of them haul back to the car and bring it around instead of trying to traverse the forest with Tyrese. Seems like it would've been faster and less stress. It wasn't that far road wise.

Seeing the girls again, Lizzy kinda irks me. I know she was mentally ill, but dang did she have to kill off the nice, pretty sister too?

Also, knew Tyrese was going at the beginning of the show since the blood was on the house photo that only he and Carol knew of.

It's not that deep. Tyreese is a ***** with a soft spot for kids and the picture was of kids that had died. Some sort of jacked up commentary on the tragedy of life.

just watched it lunch via DVR, so here's some scattershooting:

1) Commercial breaks became more frequent in last half of show... FF'ing a lot to get through them.

2) If there is a show that has Elizabeth Mitchell in it and they need to flash back to when her character was a kid, Lizzy would be a good choice.

3) This felt like an episode to establish a clean break with the past. Lizzy, Bob, baseball cap boy/Terminus, The Governor... viewers got to see them again, get a little better closure with Beth (and let her sing another annoying song), and then bury it all at the end in nice tidy package... plus the big puss in the group is dead.

4) Definitely writing about wolves with graffiti, and for those who consider the previews of next episode at end of show a spoiler

Tyrese was weak against humans due to his antiquated morals, but I feel you guys aren't giving him enough credit for being a walker-slaying beast.

If they were really hearing a news broadcast coming over the radio, they would have all been freaking out, trying to figure out where it was coming from and head there immediately.

Clearly an halluciination. No electricity for the clock-radio. The clock hands never moved.

Definitely a hallucination, but with the walking dead, there always seems to foreshadowing in oddball things like that.

Not only is all of that true, but it is also a news report about them. It was part of his entire life flashing before his eyes bit.

The radio voice mentions a group of murdering bandits that are travelling the east coast. They have destroyed villages and even a prison. Not only have they murdered, but they have mutilated children... etc.

That was a news broadcast about them.

Mutilation of children and young mothers? I guess I missed that part. I guess the kids could be Lizzie and the sis but I am missing the young mothers and mutilation in general.
