Great pilot!!

Without giving anything away I'll just say that the story is pretty well thought out and executed. I was kinda worried about how they would keep us interested plot-wise but it seems they've got a good plot lined up.

The sets, costumes, scenic shots, etc are awesome. Oh yeah...Lots of bewbs and sechs

This is going to be pretty good!

Decided to wait to watch it when it premieres.

I liked the pilot- ready for more

Pretty cool that the sax player from The Lost Boys got the role as the bad pirate.

Wow! Great first episode. The production went to a lot of expense on the details.

I kind of wish they would have kept the suspense up for a bit longer about what the page of paper was.

What will they do when you quit watching?

Well, I just watched the pilot. That was staggeringly mediocre. Good enough that I'll watch the second episode, not good enough to hook me for a season. The story, insofar, is insubstantial and not at all interesting. As a result, the show seems like it is just an excuse to show tits.

I just couldn't help but think when that chick grabbed a dude's junk and whispered "I want to f***" that this show may have been written by people who's only past experience is third-rate themed pornos.

Some of the comedic acting by the cook, John Silver, seemed to be straight from Pirates of The Caribbean.

Other than that, it was not perfect but definitely above average TV for me.

I was thinking the same thing when watching on the DVR last night. I'd like to see more sea time. I'm thinking once they resolve the missing sheet storyline they'll set sail and we'll some on-board scenes.

I wouldn't count it. Shooting at sea is insanely expensive and I doubt a tv show has that kind of budget. They'll probably be on land more than at sea.
