For the past couple of years, I've seen pictures of a beautiful young woman in different forums I've been to, in different peoples avatars and signatures. Some of them include a short clip of her dancing. Even though I thought she was beautiful, I never really had the desire to contact those forum members as to who she was, but still her picture kept popping up.
Well a couple of months ago I was having lunch at a cafe that had a hot spot. I was on line in a forum and sure enough, I came across her picture again. I asked a couple students at the table next to me if they'd seen her before and one of them said that is Alizee (pronounced Al e zay). He said she is French and that I could find some of her music on Youtube.
Well I checked her out and I couldn't believe the number of songs she had there and the number of hits these songs had there. It had to be easily over 50 million hits. I'm constantly on Youtube and I wonder how it took me so long to find out about her.
She has songs in both English and French, but I definitely prefer her French songs. She does a great rendition of Madonna's La Isla Bonita. I've since been asking many other people if they've heard of her and there's so many who have. Makes me wonder if I'm the only one who hasn't.
How many other people in here have heard of her?

Gif is better because you can't hear her awful music.

She's not the first foreign singer I've liked and I find that a lot of people in this country are very narrow minded when it comes to songs in a foreign language. Listen to this song of hers in English and tell me it's not beautiful.

I about a third of my music collection is foreign, Alizee just isn't that good a singer. Sorry.

I'd like to respectfuly ask you to name a couple of those singers and maybe list one each of their songs that you think are better.
