Just about every plot twist and cliche you can figure in a movie about an assassin rolled up in 110 minutes of crap. I always wonder who gives the greenlight to ****ty movies without one original idea. Maybe they figure with boobs and Clooney who cares about a script.

I am convinced they only had all the nudity in the movie to keep folks from walking out.

I'm not going to read your post because I don't want any kind of spoiler whatsoever but I will say the previews look good. George Clooney is the man.

Uh, I made the mistake of taking my mom to this based solely on previews.

Let's just say that it got pretty uncomfortable.

The plot, dialogue, etc was extremely lacking.

Went there with the rib and some friends tonight...just got back. God that was awful! You're right, the boobs and cooter are only there to keep you in the seat. If that's what you want with a little Clooney, do yourself a favor and rent From Dusk 'til Dawn.

I was hoping this was about the Angie Aparo album.

Okay, I must have seen a different movie or maybe I went in expecting something different than you guys. I loved it. I thought the lack of dialogue was refreshing. I loved the aspect and approach they took in portraying the mental turmoil that someone in his position would go through and the paranoia that a life as an assassin would create. If you went in expecting something like a Bourne or Bond movie, then you went to the wrong film. To me, it was done very well and reminded me of some of the better foreign films that I have seen.

i agree it was kinda slow and boring and there was definitely a lack of dialogue, but wasn't that the point? to give a glimpse of what clooney's life as an assassin/gun maker was like and how lonely it was and why it had to be that way.

i was expecting it to be more of an action movie, so i was a little disappointed.

It's amazing that it was in the number one position for the weekend, because word of mouth was so bad. It rated a D- on Cinemascore. When I saw the previews I thought, 'This looks really dull," and it seems I didn't miss anything by staying home.

One of the worst movies I have seen in a long time.

At least 30 minutes of the movie was Clooney in a POS car driving back and forth from towns to make phone calls with 2 lines of dialogue that served no purpose.

It wasn't emotionally engaging either. I couldn't care less what happened to any of them at the end of the movie.

At first I thought it was going to be one of those blockbusters that try to go "indie" and all of the hipsters walk out saying "how awesome, and deep" the movie was. In the end it just blew total a**, and everyone in the theater was complaining on the way out.

I really enjoyed it, but expected most people to hate it. I think it was marketed incorrectly as an action movie. The jabba and her significant other seated next to me talked through half the movie (in between stuffing popcorn in its mouth) so the lack of dialogue didn't bother me.

I enjoyed it, and found the less-is-more approach refreshing.

The focus was clearly on Clooney's character's psyche.

i was stuck on a long flight with the choice of that movie or sheer boredom looking out the window. After 30 terrible minutes into that flick, i chose the latter
