Season 6 will undoubtedly start off with Jack waking up like he did S1E1, but exactly what you said, they will remember what happened and will move forward from there.

For those of you that are not aware, there is a LOST video game out for the current generation game consoles (360, PS3, etc.)

If you are interested to see why H2342 and myself believe this... catch how the game ends.
The game ending is obviously canon... and I would be VERY pleased if this happens.

Btw, Faraday and Chang video presented this past summer at Comic-Con is non-canon.

I cannot wait til Season 6!! It will get back to its roots on what made Season 1 so great. I cannot wait!!!!

Hmm... lets see... if you knew what you were going to have a surprise party, and you confronted your friends about it... even if it were true, do you think they would come out and say "Yes, congrats, you figured it out, surprise.... Now go" No, they would act like they don't know what your talking about. Damon Lindelof clearly said that the ending of the game was closely tied to LOST mythology.

So since they said it wasn't canon that means it's obviously canon?

They said it was closely tied to SELL THE GAME.

Geez. From what I can tell, the game ending sucks and doesn't make a lick of sense. I seriously doubt that is the way they decide to go.

What about this is frustrating? Are you expecting them to spill how it ends? It's a psycho-fan event. They are keeping a tight lid on the season to build anticipation, no point in spoiling it 6 months before it even starts.
