I would love to see PJ and the BB. I've seen KoL six times (they just always seem to be playing where I'm at), but wouldn't mind seeing them again if it were at a festival and nothing else was going on. I'm sort of over the DMB. I was a big fan in high school/beginning of college ('94- 2000). I'm really not a fan of Ghostland Observatory.

ACL tickets, about 180. Below average Aggie Football, 300 in DALLAS. That makes it easy. Plus I always allow myself to miss one Aggie game a year for ACL.

It looks like we're a couple of months away from the "official" announcement. The tickets always go on sale before the line up is announced. I guess you have to make the choice between cheaper tickets and knowing who is going to be there for sure. I'd say that I'll probably be there.

Isn't Lickona talking about the TV show and not the festival? Because Dylan has been at the festival (2007) and R.E.M. was at the festival in 2003 and on the TV show in 2008.

they usually close Fri and Sat nights with a 2 headliners on opposite stages of Zilker Park playing at the same time. Then on Sunday they have one headliner playing by themselves to close out the fest.
If I had to guess if the rumors ive read are all true it would go something like this:
Fri: Beastie Boys and Kings Of Leon
Sat: DMB and Ghostland Observatory
Sun: Pearl Jam
