Now I know?!?! Excuse me? That may have been the point someone was trying to make but it doesn't make it right. In Torn's case, sure he's an Ag. He graduated, etc., etc. But someone like T. Boone Pickens.....do you consider him an Ag? I sure as hell don't. I went to high school with a girl who went to A&M for our fish year, she then transferred to and graduated from Texas and proudly bleeds burnt orange. Is she still an Ag? I don't think so.

IMO, if you don't graduate from A&M by choice, such as you choose a different school or just drop out then you aren't an aggie...you can always be an aggie fan, just not an aggie

someone who chooses to not be an aggie, like the above's HS friend, then you are obviously NOT and aggie...there is no debate there

few things are funnier than watching/hearing people get bent out of shape over who gets the privilege of being called an aggie and who doesn't.

yeah, because that ag tag means a whole hell of a lot to me. maybe if texags, and those that post here, played a more important role in my life, i'd get one.

for the record, i'm class of 99.

onearmy, Sam Torn's father was also an Aggie who went by the name Rip, though not the same guy as the actor.

Just trying to add a little confusion here.
