Maybe I'm not being PC (I don't care), but if this guy endangered the lives of others, wrecked some bystanders cars, and if I heard correctly, shot at officers...why are we worried about him killing himself? Tear gas him out and if has a weapon take him down.

It sucks that every cop probably fears a lawsuit if they fire the shot. Maybe I'm saying that because I'm getting bored. And I'm leaving work soon.

Isn't the point of a sniper to be able to shoot from distance? How good of a sniper do are you if you have to be 5 feet away from something to hit it. I won the water pistol game where you shoot into the clown's mouth at the carnival I went to last month...I must be a sniper.
