I have heard rumors of this but it could be some cruel joke.

Pappadeaux's is very good but I absolutely love the beef fajitas with the butter sauce at Pappasito's

If the Pappa's brothers were true Ags they would put on in College Station.

Do not tease me. This city desparately needs the Pappas family of restaurants. Nothing beats lunch at Pappadeaux, where the lunch portions are the same, but 60% off the dinner price.

Isn't Chris Pappas an Ag? If so, why isn't BCS teeming with Pappas restaurants?

I heard that both Pappasitos and Pappadeux would be going in the Rock Prairie area.

I'm going to go out on a limb...b/c he is a businessman first. Sometimes it just doesn't make sense to have a restaurant here unless you have the ability to:
1) Have a market for your product. Let's face it I love the Pappas restaurants but their price point is a little higher than many places. Considering I have seen many complain on here about Rudy's being "too expensive" I think that's a sure bet.
2) Be able to move product. We are not in Houston or Dallas by any means and they don't have established supply lines. Sure we can have a Pappas here but you wont see it until he's built out his DFW and Houston (as well as other area) markets.
3) It seems they usually locate restaurants next to each other. We can't support multiple Pappas restaurants.

The thing that cracks me up most about these comments is that b/c he is an ag he would care what we eat after a football game.
