First meal at campus during fow. They had a deep dish chicago style pie. Deep with ingredients, not bread. One of my profs would be there weekly if you wanted to rap or discuss the class more...instead of office hours.

Yes, I remember. Not the best pizza, but decent.

When it changed from The Flying Tomato to Two Pesos we referred to it as The Flying Tamale.

Only had the pizza a couple of times. Was, and still am, a Double Dave's guy. AYCE at DD on Sunday night followed by a waffle cone from Sticky Chin's. All for less than $7. Good times.

Kids these days have no idea. Did you know the dining halls are open on Sunday night now? I'm surprised the local restaurant association allowed that to happen.

Yes I do ...

Being from Denton... there was a Flying Tomato across from then-NTSU that I used to go to often.
Ate at that one several times. Always enjoyed it. Also frequented the West Prarie St pub in Denton. Wife started at NT then moved to A&M.
We didn't really hit the CS FT location up that I remember.
Sunday's at the apartment was usually Panchos Aggie special picked up. I can't remember exactly how much it was but you got enchiladas, tacos, taquitos, and chips and salsa for not much and it was always more than we could eat.

I believe it was called Sneaky Pete's before FT. Not to be confused with Sneaky Pete and the Neon Madmen.

The first time I saw Sneaky Pete was at the Flying Tomato.

The restaurant association doesn't mind because most kids don't go to A&M poor anymore.
