Can anyone help me with the making of these? They made them well in the Ptarmigan, and I ahve ahd friends make them well, but I can't get the hang of it. Are there any non-professional bartenders that can make this well?
75% Amaretto, 25% 151 in the shot glass. Light it on fire.
Do I drop it into the glass of beer as soon as it is lit on fire? Do I chug it as soon as it hits the glass?
