Well, it's basically not really too much chili... lots of beer... good (texas country) music... general dubachery (sp).
It really can be a lot of fun.

I don't recall it being around when I was in school back in the late 80s/early 90s.
and poop. dont forget lots of poop.
From what I understand, it wasn't... and it's pretty much grown to be a big deal in the past 5 years or so.
It was around in the early 90's, only the SAE's didn't invite everybody.
A reason for hicks to pat each other on the back in the midst of mud, vomit and country music while wasting a few hundred dollars.

I keep forgetting year to year what Chilifest is. All I know is that I wake up sunday morning w/ a serious headache and a brutal suntan. Oh yea and I remember all the rain last year friday night!!! Oh the memories I must have made.
