I have lately been eating my sandwiches plain and dry, no mayo, mustard or anything.

It's kind of a nice change.

mayo is a food miracle! you have oil coexisting with acid (lemon juice) through the harmony provided by eggs. truly a breathtaking sight to behold!

OK...I have to stick up for Miracle Whip. I can't believe ANYONE would say it's anything less than heaven! Mayo...better than nothing (or mustard), but I choose Miracle Whip EVERY time!

miracle whip wishes it were mayo. all miracle whip is is a substitute for mayo. it came out during the depression when eggs were too expensive, and people couldn't afford the GOOD stuff.
