It's a big oval shaped red welp. And it's very hot. With a black spec in the center.

What is this???? A spider?

Sounds like a wasp/yellowjacket bite. The black spec is probably the stinger. It should work it's way out. Put ammonia on it. They make something called AfterBite that works great to reduce the swelling and itching.
