She will straighten him out on those food choices.

But a good clean out by JITB tacos would make him that much lighter before his next half-marathon or whatever.

  • Woke up with a massive headache
  • Took tylenol, went back to bed.
  • Paid my daughter to go to Whataburger to get me a Diet Coke since we are out at home.
  • Head is a little better but not great. Don't want it to turn into a migraine.
  • Take it easy the rest of the day, or at least until its gone.

Supposed to hit 90F today (average high 71F) and again on Columbus Day. I don't like Hot-tober. There isn't even a hint of fall foliage around the area, and we're less than two weeks from our average first freeze.

Supposed to be about five degrees cooler for the game tomorrow, BTW. The hurricane in the Gulf will give us a high thin overcast on Saturday. Not a cloud in the sky today.

Going through my morning meetings and hoping for an uneventful afternoon. Ready for the weekend and college football. I'm having a lot of fun with the pickoff this season.

How was your hydration yesterday? If I don't hydrate well enough I get a headache the next day for sure.

Woke up at 3:24am to leave at 3:30am to take wife to the airport. Weird thing is my alarm on my phone has been going off since 3am even though it was not making any noise. I had it set at the same volume level as usual.

I tested it later and it worked fine so not sure what happened but I got her to the airport ahead of schedule.

Had trouble going back to sleep but eventually did and got up at 6am and got on with the day.

Saw no activity from the meteor shower last night or this morning.

Busy day so far. It's been a busy week.

Live music somewhere tonight.

Officiating a game tonight between two teams headed in very opposite directions this year. Hopefully, we can start running the clock at halftime and get home early.

Gotta love west Georgia/east Alabama. We needed a tire for my wife's 1998 Toyota RAV4. (Editor's note: this is not a 1995 Geo Tracker in no sane world would I want one)

Recommendations: Go to so and so in Bowdon, Georgia and he will be fair with you.
The shop recommended was built for tires, not for customer comfort so you walk around the little town int they either fix your tire or mount it on the wheel. We needed a new tire because it was badly punctured.
Cost on his computer: $65
Cost out the door for all labor and taxes: $100
Cash or check. No credit cards.
We paid by check because we live a few miles away.
He never saw us before in his life, but when I said, "Jerry Bl- recommended you", it was all right.
Gotta love the small southern towns like this.
