62 degrees in east GA/west AL. Planning to head over to the Alabama side/central time zone this evening to hear somebody in concert (I forget who, exactly). Critters are fed and coffee is made.

  • Having fun at the new gig
  • By having fun I mean, waiting to get system access to stuff and for someone who saved a bunch of stuff locally to send it to me
  • Overall it was a huge step in the right direction and I do like it here

-Slept horribly. Ready for my own bed, pillow and weighted blanket.
-58 degrees out. I'll take it!
-Full day of conference stuff
-Quiet dinner alone tonight
-Hopefully to bed earlier since up early.

Several years ago I bought a flat panel IKEA speaker that sort of looks like a picture frame. At the time you could buy different covers and some were even works of art. I never got around to setting it up and they discontinued it two years ago. Fast forward to this past spring, I found a company in Europe that makes custom screens for it so I bought one and forgot about it. Well it finally came in yesterday. It's a photo I took of the James Bond Skyfall road in Scotland. Now I just need to hide the cord.
