Work from home day, dog asleep on her bed. Late day today, so may not get started until 0800. Dealing with poison ivy - gotta start being more assiduous about wearing long sleeves while working in the yard.

Got a nice rain here in College Station last night. Temps are very mild today and tomorrow if predictions hold, so that's a nice switch.

Down to Houston for the morning today for work and a visit with my folks. Back up in time for the years first QB Club meeting (Thursday before every home game) tonight at the Embassy Suites. Looking forward to that.

Knoxville is oppressively humid. My shoes are soaked in the morning as I walk my dogs in our pasture. There is no such thing as 'low' humidity here.

Wish I was in Lubbock on days like today.

Maroon...that cracked me up! I remember driving up to Lubbock from DFW to help my daughter move into her new apartment prior to the beginning of the Fall semester.

Kinda crazy, but humidity just drains me...and in spite of the 90 plus degree temperature in Lubbock, it was sunny and dry.
