I get about 5500-6000 steps/day. Used to be more, but the dog isn't as much for walking as in days of yore, especially in the heat.

I walked around the hotel a few times to get to 20,000 steps once after being at Epcot all day. But the clock hit midnight with me at 19,971. I was devastated.

However many steps 50 miles is is my most in a day.
I believe marathon days are around 45K steps.

Not averaging too many these days as I've been sitting at the office too much, lifting a lot more, and not running a whole lot.

How did you ONLY get 20,000 steps at Epcot? Do you have a 6-foot stride? I got over 50,000 steps every day at Disney.

My wife brags about getting 12,000 steps in a day at school because it was a busy day. I can easily get 15,000 in one day, and then barely get 4,000 the next day.
