We are driving to Colorado and the kids are logging all of the different plates they see.

I am of the opinion that New Mexico has the best designs.

Good differentiation, I did mean stock plates. I really like the Texas Parks and Wildlife series of plates

I didn't mind the ones I had when I was in Oregon. I rarely see Oregon plates anywhere else. That could partially explain why all of the people are generally insane up there since they don't tend to leave their comfort zone.

Texas and Montana has the best specialty plates - they both have an insane amount of choices

As to favorites - North Dakota and Idaho. Honorable mention to Texas (plain and simple) and Alaska/Utah's standard plate options.

I LOVE Oregon plates but im also bias. They've had some bangers over the years

I see plenty of Oregon plates here in Arizona. Also a ton of midwest plates. Arizona is like Florida in that it's a snowbird state.

We notice that at every sporting event we attend as well - there are almost always as many fans of the opponent as there are Cardinals/DBacks/Suns fans. Card TE Trey McBride even recently mentioned this and had to walk it back because it apparently upset the team brass.

I don't see a lot of Oregon plates in Arizona but I see a lot of California, Minnesota, North Dakota and lately Texas plates here.

And we have the best, most recognizable license plate.
