Waiting for it to be an acceptable time to go to bed. Today has been very blah.

Highlight - Hermanos dos Marquez or whatever its called for lunch

I did get my first "Fizz" dirty soda. Drank 5 sips but I did like it. I'll get one again soon when I'll actually drink it (only got one today cause it was BOGO Tuesday and kiddo wanted one).

Need to do some work but its not working out.

That's about all.

I feel the same sense of guilt because I like Enchiladas Suizas with Oaxaca-style mole sauce even though I am genetically/visually a Nordic gringo with a bit of Indian (native American)/Iberian peninsula spice thrown in the mix. Easily resolved by watching videos of Pati Jinich's Mexican food series.
