Started the truck and let it warm up.

10 degrees in the Fort this morning.

Roads on the way to work sucked.

Had to deal with people driving too slow or too fast on the way in.

Made it safely.

Ready for 5 p.m.

-Kiddo said she puked up Los Cucos around 11:45PM (she texted me, didn't see til this AM). She wants to stay home. Texted her back no (she's sleeping).
-Currently at the hospital with someone having a small procedure this AM. Should be a piece of cake.
-Hungry.
-Maybe a nappy nap later
-Work and travel work

17F this morning when I bought my coffee. That's 22F warmer than yesterday, and I could tell a difference. It didn't hurt my face to get out of the car in 17F. Topped out at 27F today. I am loving this snow cover!!

Forgot to mention, I slept great. Sure is nice having heat. I could get spoiled.

I find it odd that we (society) look down on cancer stick (cigarette) users, but smoking cancer logs (cigars) is somehow a classy touch of manliness. Incinerating tobacco and inhaling seems the same to me. My deep thought of the day.

I asked Benny if he wanted to see "The Terminator." He said no. I explained that the movie was about mixing creepily human robots (like these)


with AI and, no doubt, quantum computing; things that are happening now. He still didn't want to watch. We are so close to the machines taking over. I wish he would let himself be educated.

Also, "The Terminator" has an 8.1 on IMDB.
