My Mom bought me a leather bomber jacket for my birthday in 1991. Still wear it (and it still fits!).

Could have sworn my wife got it for me the year we moved out west (2000-2001) but I guess she got it once we moved back. (They say memory is the second thing to go. I don't remember what the first is.)

I still wear a pair of Reebok shorts that I got around the time Shaq signed his endorsement deal with them as a rookie. They've held up quite nicely.

I also have a ranger65 shirt. It's still in the rotation.

When you said Budweiser hat, I was sure you were going to show a crochet-and-aluminum-can bucket hat that you would see at county fairs and the like in the 1970s. I haven't thought about those in years
