The dancing part is choreographed to emphasize the female body combined with athleticism and grace of movement. It doesn't seem to work any other way.
One watches the male in that role and it is difficult to look away because it is so abnormal, like watching a train wreck.

I don't have an obsession with gay people. There's plenty of folks out there I don't like. Vegans, crossfitters, progressive leftists, and illegal aliens that haven't figured out that our plumbing can handle the disposal of used toilet paper. Gays don't get their own special pedestal.

Yes, this is what I'm talking about. I've never been one to make a fuss and spend a lot of time/energy on stuff like this but everything in the quoted post here has changed my attitude. And I think a whole lot of people are in the same boat.

I think a lot of it is that a lot of media outlets and their algorithms make a lot of money packaging a bunch of headlines and tweets as if they're this all-encompassing overpowering thing that everyone in X group is doing or supports. The extremes of the internet in lots of different areas aren't real life for the most part and a lot of us would be happier, more pleasant people if we remembered that more, me included.

It happens from lots of angles. I get tons of news highlighting the most bat sheet, out there stuff coming from the cultiest of churches, but I don't think most religious people out there agree with it by a long shot. Your average gay, or even trans person, just going about their day to day isn't doing or saying the stuff that has you so upset.
