Was baching about this just minutes ago IRL. A lot of BBQ place where I do takeout start there, with no custom tip option. So they get zero, instead of a few bucks. No way I'm tipping $10 and up for picking up food at a counter - sometimes after standing in line. Food trucks are the worst for that, but even some regular restaurants do that.

I wonder who the hell is actually leaving $10, $20 and up tips for picking up at a counter.
