Had a coworker give me a ride to work.

All roads were sheets of ice.

Tonight is going to be colder with wind chills below zero.

• Brrrr. It was a chilly 25 when I got up. Now it shows 23.
• Up and working at 6AM. Got 2 more Alaskan cruise cabins booked, for a total of 6 for this fam. Woohoo.
• Not too many meetings today. Work on a report.
• Errands at lunch - gotta get some snacky snacks, gloves and hand warmers for softball games tomorrow and Friday.
• Casa Ole tonight with mom and brother.
• More work tonight.

-Cold again today, 2 degrees outside.
-Used the snowblower yesterday to clear the my driveway and the sidewalks in my neighborhood so kids could walk to school today
-Set up a heating pad under the cat bed in my home office so my coworkers are pleased
-Taking my wife to get her hair did since the truck is 4 wheel drive and probably grab lunch after
-Finalizing work travel arrangements later tonight
-Sending all the good vibes and warm thoughts to Texas. I'll try and keep the really cold weather here in Kansas City
-Stay safe and warm out there folks!

The phone thing isn't too bad. Really that is everyone these days. Getting my patients to put their phones down is a bigger pain in the ass.

It was zero this morning when I went to buy my coffee. The roads looked treated, but I hit a couple of patches of black ice that spooked me. That doesn't happen often as I've gotten pretty good driving in snow in the time I've lived in Missouri. It's warmed up to 9F, and that's about where we're going to top out today. Sunny with 3" of fresh snow cover, so it is nice and bright and cheery to look at from my heated work space.

Mizzou is playing baseball today... in Orlando, FL.

Dog declined walk today, I declined breakfast. Leg day at gym. At loose ends.

It is noon. Time to do something today. Maybe.

Roads sucked in Arkansas. Lot of wrecks on I 40. Had a bad one in Springdale, Arkansas this morning. Thankfully no one was hurt.

45 degrees in Salt Lake today. Nice to be out of the east coast polar vortex.
