Hey y'all, looking at getting me a nice weekend bad.

I currently use a cheap one I got on Amazon during right before covid, but it's starting to show its age.

Any good recommendations? I was looking at Satchel and Page, but of course Reddit has all the complaints in them.

Most stores give you one when you buy something or if you are really sneaky you can steal about 20' or so. But, if you insist on buying one, Hefty makes a good bag.

They aren't for everyone. But I've had my oldest Jon hart since I was 16. It still looks just as good as my newest I got a couple months ago. Quality is worth it for me. They are also made in San Antonio. So I'm literally supporting not only American made but also Texas made.

I like that first bag

Maybe I can put away enough, like 5 a week, to get that pink one.

Getting a Christmas present one time more would be awesome.
I got a really nice Stuffed bag from Buc-ces from a poster here last December. But I would just love to get Christmas presents every year. Even just a bag of Godiva chocolate


But I love that pink bag.

I have other Jon Hart bags that are organized with those things. And there's inside pockets. I put undies and socks in those.

I wanted a Filson bag, but I couldn't justify dropping the coin for a Filson bag… maybe one day.

Ended up with a Barebones Duffel and one of their 40L large totes. I've used them both a few times and they do what I needed them to do. The tote holds a weekends worth of clothes and a pair of boots no problem. If it's a quick trip and I don't need the zipper bag, I use that. Very easy to throw it in and go.
