Dodged a bullet. I knew something was up when the selected panel for this one jury was 200 people. The judge said the trial would likely go through next Friday, and my first thought was "Cool, i don't leave to see Morty in Ft Collin's until Sunday!". She then clarified that she meant the 21st - she let folks off who had travel paid for.B-1 83 said:

Turns out this is the mother of a 4 year old that her boyfriend beat to death more than a year ago. He plead out to 50 years, she's up for Injury to a Child by Omission.
