I got mine giving me the option of taking my settlement of $4.63 by electronic debit card to be given priority in processing. I have not responded.

I was definitely suspicious but the email address looked legit enough for me to research it & not just delete it.

I had BCBS back then but they probably had the wrong email for me so I havent gotten anything. is this for all customers?

Aso is admin services only. So your company is paying the bills while bcbs negotiates cost + gets a service fee. So it most likely has nothing to do with your premium.

My company was on BCBS, then Cigna, and now back at BCBS, so I did an email search after seeing this thread. Looks like I received 3 emails from them in 2021 asking me to file a claim and had a deadline of Nov 5, 2021. I must have assumed it was a scam and never filed it. Oh well.
