Waitress accidentally gave me coffee yesterday at breakfast. I told her I didn't order coffee. She said, here take it anyway - on the house.

Later I asked for a refill.

I added the coffee price to her tip.

I'm not old enough to attend the local retired-old-mens meeting every morning, but one of the guys in my bible study says they do get free refills.

That's what I do. Same with any free apps/desserts/whatever you get. Add that to the total and tip on that
