This is the one I use that my registered dietician recommended. I specifically liked that it can be taken on an empty stomach.

I ate a bunch of the Flintstone vitamins too. Stupid dr told my mom to give me the medicine that made me puke 'em all back up. I was amazed that I could still see Fred and Barnie's faces on a bunch of them after I puked them out. I thought they would've been all chewed and digested up. Learned two lessons that day.

IIRC the biggest issue is if the vitamins have iron in them (which is usually only an issue if they're women's vitamins)

Sidenote, I second the comment about kidneys. You don't want to have to tell people you wound up in dialysis because you ate an entire jar of vitamins like a child.
