- Got up, went to see Waco Mammoth National Monument before driving back to Dallas.
- 4 shots of espresso was a poor choice.

If you can take it, chop a clove of garlic into small pieces and place in a spoonful of honey and eat it. I do not recommend chewing the garlic (much) and it's best to have some milk beforehand.
