What a year!
1. Got out of a toxic relationship then began dating my best friend of over 10 years
2. Totally revamped my financials, started saving and got into investing. Thanks to a thread started here and also those in the investment/financial forum of texags
3. I got much healthier. Started going to a chiropractor and drastically changed my eating habits. I was 180lbs and I'm now 170-172lbs!
Plan is to continue what's been working and to cut out 12 more unhealthy foods/ingredients out of my diet. Each month in 2025 I'll start subtracting something
In 2024 I stopped eating potato chips, table salt, French fries, and candy bars. I also cut off eating the moment I feel the slightest "full"
I've substituted sugary coffee creamers for powdered, 1 gram of sugar types
