Had my mom on Consumer Cellular. Also my aunts and uncles use them as well.
It was good for my mom.

I use mint. Works well for me and my family.

Do they use a lot of data? If not, a pooled plan from US Mobile. 2 lines unlimited talk/text with 2gb data shared is $18/month, can pick from Att, Verizon and or TMobIe, psim or esim, depending on their current phones and which provider they prefer. Can top up data automatically if they go over or boost the base shared data for a few bucks more a month per tier of data. This is the service i have my mom on. 1 line for $10/month with 2gb data.
