- Lunch is not Al Biernet's or Hopdoddy. Sometimes I get so mad at the parking in Dallas. I turned my car around in a rage.
- Now at one of my fave diners ordering food to go.
- I DID wear all black today, even though not at the game. I always wear all black anyway…

New shirt got delivered today

• Lettuce is up in the garden. Needs mulch.

Visiting my mom in Galveston. She's got a big birthday soon!

Just had some King Ranch casserole for lunch.

Lost my uncle last night. My mom and my aunt are sad. He was a Major in the U.S. Army when I was a kid. I was sure he could do anything. He lived all over the world. Sad he is gone, but glad he didn't linger. He didn't want to linger.

Gonna need some Shrimp 'n Stuff at some point.

Buc-ee's in Waller was a cluster. Lots of Ags heading to Aggieland, and lots of Prairie View folks heading to their homecoming game.

That location just prints money.

I know most people go to Shrimp 'n Stuff for fried food but I highly recommend the shrimp salad. Enough for a meal for one or large appetizer for two.

• Need to start packing - we leave at 3:20AM tomorrow for Mazatlan.

• Pick up kiddo after homecoming.

My FB friends all post pics of their kids in their prom and homecoming garb and the girls always look like Disney princesses and the boys always look horribly uncomfortable.

*Had filet and lobster for anniversary dinner last night. So good.

I had the shrimp salad po boy with a side of hush puppies.

It was excellent.

Had a surprisingly good shrimp poboy in sea isle yesterday that rivaled SnS. Didn't feel like driving all the way into town since we drove up from Surfside
