Took morning drugs and made morning coffee.

That Blue Alert this morning at 4-whatever was not silent. My wife's phone too. Geez, that was a jolt.

Busy day ahead.

Saw a woman in a Lexus SUV turning from southbound Wellborn to University East. She didn't go past the divider that gets her to the lanes that exit onto University.

She just hopped that concrete divider with her little SUV. I'm not sure it was the best thing for it. That divider is not small. Might be time for a front end alignment. Or maybe a new rim or two?

I'm hungry!

Couldn't ever get back to sleep after that stupid thing went off! Now my sleep cycle is off and I'll probably have to nap if I want to go out tonight.

a) hear those alarms on your phone
b) have an excuse to nap
c) go out tonight

• Woke up several times, including the 4AM blue alert.
• Next time I woke up was 6:30AM, which means I missed the gym. And that stinks cause I cannot go this evening and I'm out of town tomorrow. I will do something at thoe hotel in the AM though.
• Reviewing candidates this morning.
• Interivew candidate for different position early afternoon.
• Taking off the latter afternoon to get packed and head to Temple.
• It's First Friday in Temple so will see what that brings.

Ha! Stayed in St. George last night. Did a morning hike then stopped for groceries in Cedar City before heading on to Hatch/Panguitch area where my friend has a house. Gonna hike past Bryce somewhere tomorrow cuz it'll probably be crowded. Toroweep on Sunday to try to get some most excellent views of the Grand Canyon and Colorado River on Sunday then tbd. College futbol definitely not on the agenda for this trip. Do your Utes play tomorrow?
