Tim & Dee TV originally posted the video most of their content is hanging out around clubs and bars interview women (often intoxicated). The goal is to get them to say outrageous or dumb stuff for content. Most of these people never get any benefit from the videos other than getting shamed or made fun of online. Worst case scenario is that the video is so embarrassing that it follows them around for years to come.
That would have happened Haliey Welch (Hawk Tuah Girl) but she was pretty smart about how she handled it. She leaned into the video and didn't shy away from it. She trademarked the term, is now making money off the licensing, and has a podcast with Betr (Jake Paul's media company). She now has a manager and has also received advice from Shaq of all people.
Meanwhile Tim Dickerson and DeArius Marlow, (Tim and Dee) are all upset that they haven't been able to cash in on her fame as well. I personally think it's a nice to see them get a taste of the other side as they typically capitalize and profit of others comments and content.

I think the difference with her is she isn't the normal fame hungry 20 something social media posting person.
She didn't have social media before this and worked in a factory. She got drunk with her friend and said something on camera that happened to blow up.
She gets what it is to really work and honestly by leaning in and just owning it and getting good advice is leveraging it into good money and shockingly long staying power. I don't get the vibe she's the type that is blowing it all either (pun intended).
As far as wanting that for your daughter - no one does. But I've said some stupid stuff on a night out so I get it. She also has talked about having to explain to her grandma what she said and what it means which I can only imagine how awkward that would be.
