I may be on the wrong track, but I don't recall Donna (Laura Prepon) being in any legal trouble. By any chance did you mean Lisa Robin Kelly. She played Eric's sister. She had a dwi and a felony charge of corporal injury upon a spouse. Sadly, she passed in 2013 at a rehab facility.
